1. Felicitation letter to Suffragan Metropolitans
2. Next Sunday, September 5th, we will have Divine worship service in Malayalam at 10 AM.
We don’t have any online registration for this Divine Worship service. Everyone is welcome to attend this service in-person. After arrival, fill the Covid declaration forms, have temperature checks at the reception counter.
The service is also live streamed on our YouTube Channel.
3. Virtual House Visit
There are no Virtual House Visit this week.
4. Harvest Festival 2021
Today after the church service, we are organizing our Harvest Festival.
We welcome all who are present here and watching this service online to participate in this event. Lunch will also be served for all the in-person attendees.
We request your active participation by donating homegrown vegetables, plants, home made snacks, paintings or any brand new items and by participating in the talent shows and auctions.
If you don’t have any items for donation, you can also participate by buying items in auctions or as donation by cheque or e-transfer to email@example.com and include “Harvest Festival” in the Memo.
For those who are unable to attend the Harvest Festival in person, We are also starting a zoom session soon after the end of this service. The zoom link was shared yesterday in Whats app and through emails.
5. Mar Thoma Messenger and Light to Life Announcement
As announced last week, we request all families to subscribe to the Mar Thoma Messenger, which is the official publication of our Diocese.
Subscription Rates are:
3 years = $35.00
Life Members = $300.00
For New subscriptions/renewals or to contribute articles for the upcoming Messenger publications, please contact the Diocesan assembly members, Benny V. Joseph or George Mathew Madackal or our church secretary Robin Thomas.
"Light to Life '' is a Mar Thoma mission project that aims to develop communities by supporting the educational needs of children in villages of India and in the Native American mission fields. Several Mar thoma members in North America have been contributing to this noble cause by sponsoring children across India.
A contribution of $25 per month is all it takes to sponsor a child. We would like to request the members who already promised sponsorship to kindly provide the pledged amount starting September 2021. We are also looking for new sponsors. Kindly contact George Mathew Madackal and Benny Joseph for more details.

6. Edavaka mission Announcement
1. On Tuesday, August 31th and Friday, September 3rd - weekly prayer meeting held @ 8 pm virtually using google meet.
2. Chain prayer held every Saturday 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.

9. Sevika Sanghom Announcement
1. MIND Initiative

10. Birth Announcement
We are delighted to announce the birth of a granddaughter to our members Jacob George and Shoba Jacob today. Mom and baby are both doing well. Congratulations to the proud parents (Kingsley and Clinta Jacob) and grandparents.
Mr. Mohan Philip (69 yrs), brother of our member Alexander Philip (Alex & Tiji, Area Prayer group-4), passed away in Kerala on August 26th at 7:45 pm Indian time. He was a member of Kundara Salem MTC.
Funeral will be held on Monday August 30th .
We, the CMTC family, express our deepest condolences and prayers. Please keep the bereaved families in our prayers.
