The 51st anniversary of the first Malayalam Qurbana celebrated by the Malankara Mar Thoma Syrian Church in Canada was commemorated at the Trinity College Chapel, Toronto, on September 17, 2023. This historic worship marked the beginning of the Canadian Mar Thoma Church Toronto. The event witnessed a remarkable and overwhelming turnout of parishioners, who were led by Rev. Roji Mathews Abraham. The commemoration was graced by the presence of Rev. Canon Harold J. Nahabedian, former chaplain at the Trinity College Chapel in 1972, and Rev. George Mathew, former Vicar of the Canadian Mar Thoma Church Toronto.
