Notice is hereby given that a Youth Fellowship General Body Meeting will be held on February 12th (today) soon after the Holy Communion Service to transact the following Agenda:
· Present, Consider and Approve the Annual Report for 2022
· Ratify the Supplementary Budget
· Present the Auditor's Report
· Present, Consider and Approve the Annual Accounts for 2022
· Present the Annual Budget for 2023
· Elect Conference Committee positions for 2023 as follows:
o Convenor , Co-Convenor ,Secretary ,Treasurer ,Praise and Worship Coordinators ,Registration Coordinator ,Souvenir Coordinator ,Recreation Coordinators ,Marketing Coordinators ,Fundraising Coordinators,Logistics Coordinator,Discussions Coordinator,Workshop Coordinator,Youth Advisor.

3. General Body Meeting of the Mar Thoma Voluntary Evangelists’ Association (Edavaka Mission) Notice
4. The Canadian Mar thoma Church Sunday School is excited to invite all students from Nursery to Grade 12 to the annual March break retreat that is to be held at The Canadian Mar Thoma Church, 159 Sandiford Dr, Whitchurch-Stouffville, ON on March 11, 2023, between 9:30 am to 4:00pm.
The theme for the retreat is "Walk the Talk" inspired from 1st John 2:6 'Whoever claims to live in Him must walk as Jesus did'.
The main speakers for the event will be Mr. Jason John.
Students, we have a host of programs lined up which includes studying from God's word, music & songs, and activities to keep you on your toes.
Parents, we encourage you to register & send your kids for the event.
Registration fee is $15 for early-bird registrants before Feb 26th and $20 for registrants before March 5th .
Registration is also open to families & friends who are not members of CMTC.

5. Weekly Prayer Meetings
1. Fasting prayer meeting held online via Google meet on Wednesday, February 15th at 10:30 am.
2. Edavaka Mission prayer meeting held online on Friday, February 17th at 8 pm via Google meet.
3. Chain Prayer on Saturday - 6.00 AM to 6.00 PM.
6. Area Prayer Meeting
1. An Area 2 prayer meeting will be held today, February 12th (Sunday),2023 at 4PM at the residence of Mr.Philip Alex.( 141 Galloway Road,Unit 30,Scarborough), Contact number: 647-858-5558
The area 2 representative to the executive committee of CMTC will be elected in this meeting

7. An important information session led by the 2022 and 2023 Trustees of the Canadian Mar Thoma Church Toronto will be held on February 19, 2023 after the holy communion service. All the sub organizations office bearers and any interested committee members of 2023 are requested to attend this meeting.
