Holy Communion Services:

Next Sunday, December 1, Holy Communion Service in Malayalam at 10 am. Sunday school begins at 9 am.

DIOCESAN DIRECTORY:

As read through the Kalpana DC 321 & DC 344, the Diocese request you to wholeheartedly support thisproject and order a copy or place an advertisement in the Diocesan Directory. Details of this project is posted on the notice board, in the foyer.

 

Sunday School Announcements:

·        Sunday school students and teachers are requested to assemble in the Seniors room for the Christmas Carol Service practice soon after these announcements. 

 

Fasting Prayer:

Fasting Prayer at the church on Wednesday, November 27 at 10 am. 

 

From the Coordinators of House 2 House Carolling:

 

Thank you to all who have opened their homes and have welcomed us in, sharing the joy of Christmas.  If you wish to participate, and have not been scheduled for a visit, please call your respective area representatives.  This afternoon, House 2 House Carolling will begin at the residence of Kurien Joseph (Kurien&Siji)Area 4 at 2:30 pm or as soon as the General Body is done.  Next Friday, November 29, it will begin at the residence of Thomas Oommen, Area 3 at 7:30 pm. Saturday, November 30, it will begin at the residence of Shiju Mathew (Shiju& Julie) Area 5 at 2:00 pm.  Next Sunday, December 1, it will begin at the residence of Thomas Idiculla (Regi & Molly) Area 5 at 2:00 pm. Christmas Toy and Food Drive:

Barrels and bins are placed in the foyer near the Christmas tree and they will remain until Sunday, December 15.  This is open for all, not just limited to Sunday school children.  Toys and food will go to the local community in Stouffville just in time for Christmas.  Please make sure the food items dropped off in the bins, must have a shelf life of more than 6 months.

 

Whitchurch-Stouffville Santa Claus Parade:

The Whitchurch-Stouffville Santa Claus Parade will be held on December 7th from 6 - 8 pm on Main Street in Stouffville. The Canadian Mar Thoma Church will have one of the floats in the parade.  Let us make our presence known in the community and share in the joy of Christmas. 

 

Christmas Carol Service: 

Christmas Carol Service will take place on Saturday, December 21 at 4:30 pm.  More details closer to the date. 

 

Floral and Snack Sponsorship:

Our special thanks to Abraham John & family (Santhosh & Jessy) for sponsoring the floral arrangement in the madbaha and for the snacks being served in the foyer.
