Sunday School Announcements:
· Sunday school students play practice for the Christmas Carol Service will take place this afternoon soon after the announcements. Teachers and students are expected to gather in the Choir room.

Yuvajana Sakhyam has the revised date and venue for Kalasandhya 2020
Event will take place on Saturday, January 4, 2020 at the Blessed Cardinal Newman High School, located at 100 Brimley Road, Scarborough. Please mark your calendars.
Please be advised that Yuvajana Sakhyam will print and distribute new tickets with new details and will exchange them with tickets that have already been issued. A counter is open in the foyer to exchange the old with the new. Please make your payments on or before December 31, 2019, if you would like tax receipts for the same.

Seniors Fellowship Announcement:
Seniors Fellowship members are advised to meet in the Seniors room for a brief meeting, soon after the announcements.
From the Coordinators of House 2 House Carolling:
Members are encouraged to open their homes to share the joy of Christmas. Please call or connect with your respective area representatives to schedule a visit. This afternoon, House 2 House Carolling will begin at the residence of Jacob Oommen (Regi & Jessy) in Area 4 and then the Carollers will proceed to Area 3 at the residence of Allan Thomas, at 3:15 pm. Christmas Plum Cakes to dear ones in Kerala during the festive Christmas Season:
As advertised for the past few weeks, Second Phase Construction Committee has come up with an initiative to raise funds for the project by delivering cakes to a minimum of 100 homes in Kerala. Surprise your loved ones in Kerala with a nice Christmas cake, your personalized message complimented with a beautiful floral bouquet. It is not too late. You can still sign up in the foyer. Please provide them with the address you wish to have them delivered to, with the landmark. This is an opportunity for a personal touch. One plum cake weighing 1 Kilogram, for $100 or two cakes for $150 will be delivered to the address you provide. For questions, or clarifications, please contact Alexander P Alexander.
Christmas Toy and Food Drive:
Two separate bins are placed in the foyer starting today, November 17 to Sunday, December 15. One for Toy Drive and the other for Food Drive. Please drop off unwrapped new toys and/or canned/packaged food for the less fortunate in this community and share the love of Christ. Please make sure the food items dropped off in the bins, must have a shelf life of more than 6 months.
Whitchurch-Stouffville Santa Claus Parade:
The Whitchurch-Stouffville Santa Claus Parade will be held on December 7th from 6 - 8 pm on Main Street in Stouffville. The Canadian Mar Thoma Church will have one of the floats in the parade. We need the support and participation from each and everyone, to make our presence known in the community and to share in the joy of Christmas.
Christmas Carol Service:
Christmas Carol Service will take place on Saturday, December 21 at 4:30 pm. More details closer to the date.
It is with deep sadness that we inform you of the passing away of Mr. T. C. Philip (85 years), Co-brother of our member, Mr. George Philip (Kunjumon Uncle & Marykutty Aunty) on Monday, November 11, 2019 at Delaware Valley, USA. Funeral service will take place on Monday, November 18 at the St. Thomas Mar Thoma Church, Philadelphia. Please uphold the bereaved family in our prayers.
It is with deep sadness that we inform you of the passing away of Mr. John Samuel (Kunjumon) on November 14, 2019. First Visitation to take place at the CANADIAN MAR THOMA CHURCH TORONTO on Friday, November 22nd from 7 to 9 p.m. Second visitation will take place on Saturday, November 23rd from 9:30 to 10:30 am, also at the CANADIAN MAR THOMA CHURCH TORONTO. Service will immediately follow at 10:30 a.m. Interment to take place at CHRIST THE KING CEMETARY. Please uphold the bereaved family in our prayers.
Kerala Christian Ecumenical Christmas program was held yesterday, Saturday, November 16th at The Canadian Mar Thoma Church. We had a good turn out for the program. Thank our Achen, Committee members and members of our parish f for their assistance in coordinating this big event. KCEF is publishing a souvenir encouraging churches to sponsor and/or contribute towards the Souvenir. If you are interested to be part, please find the brochures on the info desk in the foyer.
If you have not yet collected your Contributions statement for Jan 1 to Nov 3, 2019, please collect it from your respective Area Reps. If you have any questions or need clarifications, please contact the trustees.
Floral and Snack Sponsorship:
Sponsorship for floral arrangement and snacks is open to all. If you wish to sponsor, please let the office bearers know.
We have the shoe and coat rack in place, for our convenience. So, we humbly request and encourage you to optimize the use of the shoe and coat rack. Please do not scatter shoes on the floor.
Take this time to thank Rev. Jacob Thomas Achen for his presence and for a meaningful message this morning. We are always so honored to have you, Achen and consider it a blessing.
It’s a great honor and privilege to have Rev. Joseph Chacko Achen lead our Worship service this morning. Thank you Achen, for a blessed Holy Communion Service. So happy to have you Achen in our midst, and we are truly blessed. Just a quick note, Achen is the loving brother of Benny and Babu Joseph.
