Message from Vicar

There are countless blessings we have experienced from our Lord and one of them is our long-cherished wish, which is coming to a reality - a better place for all of us to worship together. For us to continuously experience our God's blessings we need to be on our knees, just as our forefathers, thanking our Lord almighty, not just in our sorrows but also in our joyous moments. So let us as a parish, with all humility, submit ourselves into our Lord's hands for his blessings.

Our new church construction is going well and it is in the final stages. God willing, October 21st 2017 will be the day of dedication of the church building. Let us spend some more time in prayer, for successful completion without any hindrances. Let us work together for this noble cause. Various sub committees are working very hard to make this time a memorable one. I request all of you to contribute generously for the construction. This is essential for the completion of the building without any major financial burden. I have no words to express thanks for your continued support for this noble cause.

Jesus said in Matthew 16:18, “I will build my church, and all the powers of hell will not conquer it”. The Church is the most magnificent idea and God’s design over and above any human thoughts.

Let us dedicate ourselves before our merciful God. Let this dedication of our church be a dedication time for ourselves.
The Church is not a building. The Church is the family of God.
Let us dedicate ourselves before our merciful God. Let this dedication of our church be a dedication time for ourselves.
Let me conclude with an assurance from the word of God – “When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you. When you walk through fire, you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you. For I am the Lord, your God and your Saviour” – Isaiah 43:2-3.
